I am Taina Isabel Diaz (I love my name). I am 14 years old, born in Rochester, New York, then moved to Georgetown, South Carolina, back to Rochester again, then to Landover, Maryland, and back to Rochester. I am a very flexible person, who likes to move around, and can adapt easily to an environment. I was skipped up a grade in Elementary School, and am currently an A student, in my sophomore year of high school. My favorite subjects in school are English and History, I enjoy reading often and will sit down with a good book and finish in the same day. I love drawing, painting, writing poems and doing creative writing pieces, being creative is something that comes very easily to me. I enjoy playing baseball, and ping pong and I also love to cheerlead. I am Dominican and African American, though I'm sure there is much more in me than just those two. I love to laugh and joke with my family, while spending time with them. I like action-packed, adventurous movies to watch, but I also enjoy a good romance or dramatic film. I have a great desire, passion and determination to become an actress. I want to start young, so that I can build up experience and even more love for acting. I am very supported by my family and friends, who I have shown my talent to many times over. There are many people who can witness to the fact that I can be very dramatic, and have fantastic raw talent.

I have been the leading role in school plays, as well as Narrator. I have been the Weather Announcer for WROC Channel 8 News, in Rochester, New York. I have done a fashion show for the Fashion Bug, clothing store, in Rochester, New York.

I love Theatre and Art. I love performing in plays and much as I enjoy watching them.

I plan to start off my career with commercials or small acting roles, to get me started and gain experience. Not only do I plan to become an actress, but also a model. I am going to use my acting to combine with modeling for commercials and other advertisements. I also want to become a major film actress, captivating audiences everywhere.
